Brandrums ships founder MVPs that look and feel like real products, not throwaway prototypes. We hold scope, pick proven stacks like Next.js and React Native, and write code your future team will not have to delete. The first version is small on purpose and serious about quality. That is how you learn from real users instead of guessing.

Brandrums has earned a solid reputation with top brands, providing them with customized digital solutions. We are proud to have customers in the form of friends.

An MVP is one user journey, one revenue or learning loop, and the smallest surface area that proves the idea is worth more money. It is not a feature list with the word lite stuck on the end. We start every engagement by writing down the single behavior we want to see from a real user, then work backward to the minimum product that produces it. Everything else moves to a parking lot for V2.
The things we cut on purpose are the ones founders argue hardest for: admin panels, settings screens, edge case onboarding, six pricing tiers, and a marketing site with eight pages. They feel important and they are not, yet. A good MVP looks underbuilt in the demo and overdelivers in the metric that matters. We protect that line so you ship in weeks and learn from paying or active users, not from internal opinions.

We default to a boring, productive stack: Next.js on Vercel, Postgres on Supabase or Neon, Stripe for payments, Clerk or Auth.js for identity, and Resend or Postmark for email. For mobile we ship React Native via Expo so one team can serve iOS and Android without doubling the budget. This stack has shipped thousands of products, has answers for every common problem, and lets us focus on your differentiator instead of plumbing.
We resist bespoke microservices, custom infrastructure, and exotic databases on day one. Those choices are not wrong forever, they are wrong now. They cost weeks you do not have and add operational load no early team can carry. The MVP runs as one well-structured Next.js app with clean module boundaries. When real load or a real compliance need shows up, the seams are already there to split services without a rewrite.
Week one is discovery and a tight product spec. We pin down the one journey, sketch the data model, lock the auth and payment approach, and agree on what is out of scope in writing. Weeks two and three are design and the first working slice: real screens in code, real database, real auth, behind a feature flag. By the end of week three you are clicking through your product in a staging URL, not a Figma prototype.
Weeks four through eight are build and harden. Design and engineering work in parallel against the same spec, with weekly demos so surprises surface early. Usability tests happen at the midpoint with five real users from your target segment, and again before launch. The last week is performance, accessibility, error tracking, analytics wiring, and a quiet beta with a small invite list. By week eight to ten we are live, instrumented, and ready to learn.

Launch is a process, not a button. Before code ships we put up a landing page with a waitlist and start collecting real intent so you have an audience to invite on day one. PostHog or Plausible plus Sentry go in from the first commit, with events mapped to the activation, retention, and revenue moments that actually answer whether the idea works. No vanity dashboards, no analytics added six months later when memory has faded.
Three to six weeks after launch we sit down with the data and the user interviews and make a real call: build more, change the wedge, or stop. If signal is strong, V2 gets the features we deliberately cut, plus the ones users told us we missed. If signal is weak, we pivot the offering, the audience, or the pricing before pouring more cash in. The point of an MVP is not to ship software. It is to make the next decision with evidence instead of hope.
